Welcome to "Literacy Loop: Reading Success Starts Here," an engaging online course designed to equip parents, educators, and caregivers with the necessary skills to support children in their reading journey. Led by a skilled reading specialist and Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner, this course dives into the fundamentals of structured literacy and the science of reading. Participants will explore effective strategies to enhance phonemic awareness, decoding, and comprehension skills, enabling them to create a nurturing learning environment. By the end of the course, participants will have the confidence and tools to foster a love for reading and to effectively assist struggling readers based on the principles of Orton Gillingham and other evidence-based approaches.
